Here are some FAQs to keep in mind:  

      1.   What is the shelf life of our products?

*The shelf life of our infused sea moss gel is approximately 3-4 weeks when kept in the refrigerator. We provide the “fresh until” date on the bottom of every jar for your convenience. If you purchase more than 1 jar at a time, you are able to freeze the sea moss for up to 3 months. Once the jar is removed from the freezer, it will stay fresh in the refrigerator for 3 weeks from the date it was placed in the refrigerator for use.

2. What are some ways to use/enjoy sea moss gel?

*Sea moss on its own has multiple uses just like coconut oil! You can use our sea moss gel to add more nutritional value to your smoothies, hot drinks/teas, juices, oatmeal, sauces, soups and it's even tasty on its own... the possibilities are determined by your tastebuds! This diverse superfood is boundless! Please share your favorite way(s) of using it with us on IG @_foodie_by_nature

3. Where do you get your sea moss from?

*We source our sea moss from the pristine, Caribbean waters of St. Lucia.

4. What is your return policy?

Returns ONLY accepted if product is defective or damaged during shipping within 3 days of delivery date for an exchange of product. Consistency/texture does not make it defective.
