Our Story

Hi!  My name is Sakeia Wingate, Founder & CEO of Foodie By Nature, LLC.  I am a wife to my college sweetheart and business partner, DJ and a true boy mom to our sons Lennox & Royce. This journey is deeply personal for us; we understand the challenges of compromised health firsthand. During our own cancer diagnosis and completing treatments in 2019, sea moss played a pivotal role in our healing after chemo and radiation treatments,  but we were NOT fans of the taste. So, we set out to create an infused flavor that was delicious and even more nutritious. After months of playing scientist and chef with different ingredients, I finally had the perfect combination of flavors.  And with that, Foodie By Nature LLC was born in early 2020 with our OG sea moss gel infusion.  Now we are dedicated to being a source of hope and inspiration for others seeking to improve their health.                                                                                                                                                                      Our unique sea moss gel infusions are crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail.  We blend organic fruits, herbs, and our own homemade syrups, teas, and tonics to enhance the natural benefits of sea moss, targeting specific health needs. Each gel is freshly made to order, ensuring a smooth texture and maximum potency. Currently, we are shipping our infused sea moss gels nationwide and are proudly featured in seven health food stores in Daytona Beach, Orlando and western Florida.
